Equip To Cope

by Ghost In the Machine

A refreshing sound that is Anthemic as it is Intimate. Unique in the way they layer instruments and vocals, GITM borrows from their individual tastes in music creating a "Pot Luck" in sound while maintaining a cohesive Rock/Alternative Metal core.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Equip To Cope" is the band's first full length album. Focusing on the many dynamics of life, Ghost In The Machine's members set out to prove that music doesn't have to be one dimensional. The band's single "Icarus" tells a story of the human desire for direct experience. "Never Trust A Pirate", a local fan favorite, is a modern day pirate shanty that paints a picture of life for a band on the road. The title "Equip To Cope" is a mission statement: a challenge to overcome adversity, to push past labels, and to transcend a local sound. The finished product is something their fans can be proud of, and first time listeners will be glad they indulged.
