Fluke.

by The Green Goblyn Project.

In the case of the "goblyns" we have a cross between black sabbath, the adolescents, and the beach boys, just faster... fronted by rabid and frantic cure-like vocals that arent sappy...

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Green Goblyn Project hails from Cape Canaveral, Florida... Where the rockets explode! Formed in early 1996, the goblyns have long been a staple in the Florida music scene. They have opened for many national acts such as, The Subhumans, Hot Water Music, The Casualties, A Global Threat, The Groovie Ghoulies, Even in Blackouts, Squirtgun, Los Straight Jackets, and Agent Orange, just to name a few. They have also toured the U.S. with bands like Leftover Crack (Epitaph) and, The House Call Abortions, performing such legendary venues as, CBGB's (New York City), The Hard Rock Live (Orlando), The Continental (NYC), The House Of Blues (Orlando), The Warped Tour 2003 (US), DragonCon '03 (Atlanta), Fitzgeralds (Houston), and The 9 Lives Saloon (Atlanta). With their unique blend of ambient melodies, and unconventional song structure, The GGP have an unmistakably original sound. Adding that to the bands fiendish onstage presence, makes them a certain bombardment of the senses. Between five self released albums, numerous compilation appearances, on a large variety of different record labels, and non stop touring, the band has developed a loyal following, not only in Florida, but all over the U.S. Recently completing their latest tour, the band has been making an impact on the American touring circuit, and with the help of radio, television, and internet broadcast, The GGP will continue to gain momentum here in the states, and overseas.

The Green Goblyn Project

Fluke
This is one of the most original sounding punk bands ive heard in years. Caught them while on vacation in Florida, and picked this cd up. Great band!! If you are tired of generic punk or silly radio pop punk, this is the band for you. check this cd out.
