ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Greenleaf Records was establish in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2012, by Marcus Webb that had a vision of starting a label that caters to gospel artist and those who love gospel music. There's other types of gospel music that's worldwide excepted but this label was established not to divide the body of christian believers but to united all gospel lovers of all genre of the craft. Securlar gospel music is becoming a very accepted artform and it is becoming more less about the minstry and preaching the word. With the label in mind, there will become a true division of true worship and the mainstream buisness that is not preaching or presenting JESUS and his teachings. In the event of success, there will be the conflict of sensorship which due to the evil nature of the buisness, the evil doings will be covered up and the truth will be silenced. Money has driven the music buisness to a grey area of not about talent but its about the marketablity of the artist(exploitation) of generating more revenue by any and all means possible. Apon building the brand or the label, ministry will be number one, based on the knowledge of what is being preach and presented. Kicking off Greenleaf Records with a new approach( Gospel ghetto tech), which has a urban sound and a dance vibe that is basically uptempo with beats ranging from 85 bpm to 150 bpm. Greenleaf being born and raised in Detroit Michigan, was raised listening to techno and been three local groups. In the bible it was said that (David) danced out of his clothes from excitement of the LORD (Prasie). With this being said, the youth dont exercise as much and dance is a great way of exercising without knowing your exercising. So the mission is to make great minds and bodies, spirits and also attitudes of christians who are in the faith. One song was included of Gospel rap(Save the kidz) which Greenleaf is on the vocals T- down helped with the track music.
