ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A native of Sydney, Australia, GREGG ARTHUR grew up in Sydney and on the family cattle ranch in the Outback southern highlands of New South Wales. He was introduced at an early age to his father’s extensive collection of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme, and Perry Como; and although he grew up listening to the rock and pop music of his generation, he never outgrew his first love - the standards of his father’s era – and made the decision early on to pursue a musical career dedicated to this genre.

Gregg has had an extremely successful career touring Australia, Asia and Europe, from concert halls to jazz festivals, and has now set his sights on expanding his live performance career to include North and South America in 2007.
