ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The overwhelming majority of this music was designed for an online web series called "Rainbow Dash Presents", which parodies My Little Pony fanfiction. As a result, the tracks on this album vary widely in theme and style, including synthesized and acoustic instruments. A few tracks were designed for non-comedic intentions and have a more dramatic feel to them, and some were put together exclusively for this CD but may see use in our work at a later date after the CD's release.

This CD is being released partially thanks to wide demand from our viewers to gain access to our musical tracks, but also so that our fans can pitch in a bit to help us out while still receiving something in return.

Additionally, to those interested in producing their own videos or other projects which make use of audio, purchase of this CD grants the explicit rights to use the music contained within, no additional royalties required. We deeply appreciate attribution, but do not insist on it and therefore do not need to be mentioned in your credits. Our only limitation is that these musical tracks are not intended for individual resale, only for use in conjunction with other material (e.g. animations, commentary, or interviews would be fine).

Cloud Charger

Amazing soundtrack from an amazing series!
I adored the background music in Rainbow Dash Presents, and I wanted to support you guys as much as I could. I've been watching the series so much, I went ahead and put it on my I-Pod, and now I have the soundtrack to go with it. The series is amazing, and I can't wait to see more in the future!

A Regular Magical Unicorn

A Typical Review Title
I am a typical pony, and as such I enjoy listening to music, because that is a thing that typical ponies do.
This is excellent typical pony music.

A regular talking earth pony.

A more magical typical review title.
A typical review by a typical magical pony. I my now listen to bedtime gremlins in peace. As all normal ponies do..... enjoy the beer money! Yes....No....Yes....

Great soundtrack from a great web series.
As far as original soundtracks go for online parody series, the music of Rainbow Dash Presents (and a few other tidbits aside) is pretty top notch. With thirty tracks the album isn't short on content and many of the songs and pieces serve as nice background music whether for a project of your own or just for easy listening. Some tracks are more likable than others but all have a certain simplistic charm and bizarre, almost tribal(?) appeal. (Pan flutes and bongos abound.) All in all, a solid collection of music well worth the asked price along with the satisfaction of supporting a genuinely entertaining web series.

Highlights:
The bizarre collection of hilariously unorthodox song titles. (Drifting Backwards Through a Pack of Angry Wet Cats being a personal favourite.)
The tracks "Bedtime Gremlins", "The Snooze Button is a Time Machine" and "Pinkie is Blues".
Supporting an independent provider of free online comedy and lovely satirical goodness.

Gripes:
One of two background tracks from the show that I had hoped to get a hold of through the album were missing. (Celestia's theme from "Rainbow Dash Presents: The Spiderses")
The track "Rampage of the Hero" seems to have been accidentally added twice, possibly in place of different track.
