Simply, I have been meditating and teaching meditation for over 20 years and I have tried and tested every technique there is. When I first began meditating, I was a young mum, with 4 kids, I was running a business, my husband was unable to work and my stress and anxiety levels maxed out, especially when I had a relationship crisis. My physical symptoms became debilitating, I was needing more medication to get through a day to ease my headaches, sinus, infections, and unexplainable stomach problems. I had flue like symptoms constantly. I was self medicating at night time with the wine bottle. I couldn't sleep, I had anxiety attacks and I was in constant fear of the next bad thing happening to me.
I dreamt about going on holidays except the only holiday I could afford or envisage to be 'real time out' was laying in a hospital bed with a sign on the door saying 'please don't disturb'. I dreamt about laying there, finally getting the rest I so badly needed, having food prepared for me and bought to me when I was hungry. I dreamt about showering and having nice clean, dry towels ready for me, and going to the toilet in peace. It was a safe place where someone was taking care of me. However, one day when I was peacefully enjoying this dream, I had a realisation that scared the heck out of me. I realised that if I stay doing what I am doing, my dream would become my reality! Shock horror! I wouldn't be lying their in peace, -- I would be in far more pain than I was now!
I’d been searching for the wonder drug or miracle cure for years to fix everything up and to feel happy and at peace with my world, but it wasn’t until I had this realisation that I did the only thing I hadn't tried.. Meditation!
I went along to a meditation class. For the first couple of days I felt uncomfortable and agitated because I wasn't used to 'not doing anything', however it only took a few days before I began feeling benefits. I began getting up early in the morning and sitting in my garden to 'meditate' for a short period of time each day. Meditation was my saviour.
I researched different techniques and I tried every one of them. I researched all the scientifically proven strategies, the benefits, and anything else I could get my hands on. I used the meditations and visualisations that made me feel good and made me feel better.
Meditation made me feel calmer, more peaceful, relaxed and confident and I was able to see clearly what was not working in my life, and I finally had the energy, clarity and courage to make the changes that were so necessary for me to be happy and fulfilled. For well over 10 years now I have meditated instead of medicated. I am no longer plagued with exhaustion, anger, headaches, infections, colds or anxiety attacks. In fact, I now do what I was most scared of, walking into a large room full of people and jumping on stage with a microphone in hand, to speak for an hour.
Thanks to meditation, I am full of enthusiasm, motivation, happiness, good health, and I am a nicer person.
I had many clients asking me for a recorded version of the meditations I use, so I put the best of my meditations onto this CD, so that people like you can have the same opportunity as I did, but without having to try many different meditation techniques to find which ones work and which don't.

I bought your CD a few months ago and have been meaning to tell you that I think its great. I still listen to it very often and think it is of very good quality.
When I first got the CD my boyfriend pretty much laughed at me cause he didn't think it would be any good. He had a pretty stressful few months and sometimes couldn't sleep at all cause he had so much going on in his mind. He always had trouble sleeping but the first time he listened to your CD he fell asleep after about 5 minutes which never really happened to him as he has trouble sleeping and relaxing all the time, and he still uses it quite a lot when he feels restless and stressed out.
