About Hardwire

Hardwire: The Industrial Hardcore Tech was formed in late 1999 by Michael Marsh and Ryan Hutman. Ryan had a decent background in making trance and breakbeat on his home computer while Mike had been playing guitar for only a few years. Both had known each other from high school and through mutual friends but had not spent any time working on serious music. Finally at a party, both had come to the realization that they were fans of, and shared an interest in KMFDM. Roughly a week later Hardwire: The Industrial Hardcore Tech was formed.

Since then they have created and refined a unique sound heavily influenced and similar to KMFDM, Rammstein, Die Krupps, Fear Factory, Megadeth, and Slayer. They have played clubs in the Phoenix underground since mid 2000 with such acts as Slick Idiot, Imperative Reaction, Ikonoklast, and The Strand. They have also provided live music for BotBash, a robotic fighting tournament that took place in Tempe, AZ and at the Del Mar State Fair in Del Mar, CA.

In addition they have provided music for a locally produced film and completed their first full length CD, Keyboard Cowboy. Just recently they have added 2 new members to their lineup. Nick Phrasavath on drums and Chris Strickler on guitar. Hardwire is now locked and loaded to introduce America and the world to Hardcore Industrial Tech.

I finally was able to get the cd... It is truly amazing.. If you like KMFDM and Heavy Metal then you will love this cd :)

Not bad at all!
Not bad, pretty entertaining, worth a listen. The song "Snuff Machine" is pretty good, sounds like a colaboration of Die Krupps and Megadeth to me, very good combination. The riffs are well writen, and everything comes together pretty well, this makes for an album thats worth the buy in my opinion. Enough songs to keep you busy for a while too.

pure ear enjoyment
I want to thank you for giving me the best thing my ears have had for a while. You already know that I am waiting in anticipation for the next one, so let me know when it drops cause I'll be first in line!

Obey, Obey, Listen to what I say
Mofo'n Hardwire. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this band. Perfection.

this cd is great...if you like Die Krupps, KMFDM or Fear Factory this CD is for you! it has a bunch of hard electronics with Megadeth or Slayer style guitar...its some of the best coldwave ive heard in years!

This CD is great. It has a sound like no one else. When will the next one be out?

Essential Industrial-Metal Album!
This is the Industrial-Metal album that I have been waiting for since N17's Trust No One and Ministry's Psalm 69 before it! Why these guys aren't on some label is beyond me. Anyway if you are lucky enough to live in Arizona you guys should check them out!!!
