This song was born one morning when I was literally awakened by the word PINK like a little explosion in my brain. I stayed in bed for awhile, in that blissful state of half-asleep creativity, and began turning it into a song because that seemed to be what it was asking for. As a mother of girls, one of whom loves the color pink, and another who would not be caught dead in it, I had a lot of material to draw from.
This song has become an audience favorite: a one-word sing-along where everyone raises a glass of whatever they are drinking and joins me everytime they think PINK needs to be shouted, or sung! It brings laughter, and some tell me, tears. That's all I can ask in return, from a song. Thank you to everyone who has heard it and requested a chance to download it! Here you go!!
