Album Notes
This song is in memory of DJ Stevie-O. A star lives on. He opened my eyes in my younger days to the enjoyment of not only listening and dancing to music but introducing me to my first ever recording studio and creating all those beautiful sounds and to never give up on your dreams. His light may have gone out in this world at such a tender age, but it shines brightly in the next. Steve also introduced me to the world of garage music especially. I will always remember him for his gentleness, kindness and that jovial warm smile. I salute you Steve.

My music is from various influences, from Madonna, Spandau Ballet, Paul Hardcastle, Lisa Stansfield, The Cool Notes, Loose Ends, Janet Kay, Omar, Leroy Hutson, Carl Anderson, IZIT, Ronnie Jordan, Raw Stylus, Jamiroquai, Eric Benet, Roy Ayres, Incognito, Carmen Lundy – to mention a few. My aim is to make music from various genres of music from Pop to Jazz to Disney and wake up those inner senses.

Creating music is my form of escapism. I’m a free spirit when I’m in my favourite studio. We have a great bond reflected in my uplifting music. If I can evoke those emotions deep inside that we so often hide, then that’s an achievement be it for myself or specially even more for people that listen to my music.

My Disney track, Come Fly With Me, was written for my children’s books called Henratty Mortimer. It’s a very dreamy song to reflect the nature of my adventurous and magical books. Writing childrens books is another one of my creative projects. I never run out of things to challenge myself and that's life - full of many challenges inbetween the lessons one learns.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
