Album Notes
Into Temptation, hitoast's second release, is all over the place yet held together by Addison's sardonic world-view. Rockin' in ten directions should be the name of the album. The first half is an acoustic patch quilt with some gems including "roll" and "saddle sores". Kinda' Dangerous is ... kinda' cool.
In the second half, the rock gets heavier. Excellent riffs and unique hitoast jams set the stage for Addison's catchy and personal works. Intense.
Doc P and Addison get together for the final piece, "the platform singer" - a smooth venture into trip hop? - sure to be the direction of some future hitoast endeavors.

whats going on?
like 3 bands in one. pretty deep stuff. had an old- school album concept. beautiful original work! roll is sure to be a classic

captivating tunes
the lead in roll has counterpoint like I've never heard. excellent song - I want to hear that in amsterdam. reminds me of slint, neil young, neutral milk hotel. good stuff - even liked the last trip-hop piece with a poem.
