Post new wave with an edge!
I first heard of Innerphase through a good friend of mine who insisted I join her to a show. I joined her expecting to see another typical LA band who sounds like your usual "rock" group. Well I was BLOWN AWAY by the way they performed! The songs were more like aggressive New Wave. I mean, the guitars, drums and overall sound was nice and hard, yet the tracks still had a good rhythm to them. Everyone at the show was dancing and seemed to know a lot of the words. My friend and I had a great time that night, and we both enjoyed doing our 80's dance to "Sacrifices" and other songs that night :) If you are looking for something catchy, with cool keyboards, something you can move to, I recommend you buy this album.
