Album Notes
It had been many moons since my first job as the rhythm guitar player for The James Gang. Jimmy Fox
and I had formed the group in 1966. I had been out of the music industry for years but I had a dream to bring some
heavy cats together for a Super Session of Cleveland and Northeastern Ohio players who had gone on to some pretty good success as sidemen for some huge Rock acts. Everyone I asked to be part of the project was on board immediately. Jamey Haddad who toured and recorded with Paul Simon on board. Todd Sharp was a slick guitar player for Rod Stewart, Hall & Oates, and Delbert McClinton on board. Once people hear Todd they will have to come to grips with the fact that not all of the 100 best guitar players of all time are the best known.Next on board Sean Jones. Sean is one of the top trumpet players on the scene today. He played on Nancy Wilson's Grammy winner " Turned To Blue" . If you don't mind shedding a tear or two check out his performance on "Dimming Of The Day". Then he teams up Howard Levy on a very cool rendition of "Watermelon Man". Howard played harmonica for years as a founding member of Bela Fleck's Flecktone's. MORE ON THE REST OF THE INSPIRED CATS LATER. Ronnie Silverman: Producer of Instrusaurus
