ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Jacinta has been building a successful career in the dance/club genre with 5 consecutive Billboard Hits and a nomination for Best Artist Solo at the International Dance Music Awards, 2008 ... Lumina is NOT that. LUMINA gives us an insight into where Jacinta's music begins. The journey of a raw emotion finding its way to become a message in a melody sounding through her voice and piano. Sometimes in the midst of the desolation of the dark hours, with candles lit and incense burning, a cathartic music is birthed, and sometimes a new ember is discovered that glows within, be it an inspiring lyric or an uplifting vocal lilt or a chord progression that you just didn't see coming. It brings with it a new song that has a magical momentum that reaches out showering our hearts, minds and souls with new hope. Lumina: Songs of LIGHT from The Dark Hours.
