Album Notes
About the Artist:
Jack C. Huang, member of Screen Actors Guild/ASCAP, was graduated from the music schools of UCI (B.M. in classical violin performance), UCLA (Certificate in film scoring) & CAL State Los Angeles (M.A. in commercial music). He has devoted his life and energy to the field of performing arts since he was first presented to the US audiences in Washington D.C. and other 13 states of America with a youth group of special talented performers for a month of international culture presentation, assigned by the Taiwanese government in 1983.

Brief Career History
Started in 1993, while Jack was still a student studying the violin performance and music composition at a graduate school, he had already been casted by some directors for their commercial/TV/film projects, such as "Snapple", "Red Corner", "Devotion", "Chrysler"...etc.

Today, Jack is blessed by God and also feels lucky to receive Hong Kong's superstar Mr. Andy Lau(House Of Flying Daggers)& his songwriters' great deal of support to the release of "Sensible Old Days". This CD had come from a long road after Jack's 30 some show-biz credits in the past 7 years. He has now given all his best to perform with his electric violin live at almost 80 events in 13 months, including some TV shows with several named figures, such as Director Ang Lee (movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"), the Vice-president of Taiwan (Ms. Liu), and many other US and Taiwan government officials & stars as well.

Wonderful rendition of contemporary Chinese songs with Violin!!
Many of the modern contemporary Chinese songs had faced a language barrier when listen by western audiences. This CD transformed that boundary by using instruments only. 2 thumbs up.
