ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Jamie O'Hara is a highly respected Nashville singer/songwriter, whose songs have been recorded by such country music icons as Tim McGraw, Gary Allan, Wynonna, The Judds, George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Trisha Yearwood, Emmylou Harris, and many more.

He has recorded and performed as a solo act and more prominently as half of the duo "The O'Kanes", (with Kieran Kane), a 1980's act that was a cross between The Stanley Brothers and The Everlys, cool and hip, but with a bluegrass sensibility, and brother-harmonies--Newsweek called them country music's "Glimmer Twins".

This new album is a huge departure from most of his earlier work, closest in mood and groove to his previous solo album, "Beautiful Obsession". It's a spiritual album for both the faithful and the not-so-sure, filled with religious imagery, dark in tone, a collection of anthems for the Seeker. The music is hypnotic, the lyrics mystical and haunting, the songs inspired by Jamie's rich life-long dream trove.
