Best of 2005 thus far
This is an excellent CD, easily the best I've bought this year. Even though I gave it a perfect rating, it does have some slight flaws. For example, Subsaharan is pure filler. Still, the good outweighs the bad by a ton. This CD ranks among the top in my collection. If I had to compare the Javelins to another band I'd say they sound a bit like Q and Not U except a little cleaner and have cooler vocals. Check this out if you're a fan of dancey post-punk.

Fascinating sounds
The way the songs sound is fascinating. It is very clean and precise. Simply sounds fresh. Unfortunately somewhat short. The awesomeness of the songs though makes up for it.
