ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"From the Top" - Great solo jazz piano featuring American standards.

From 1984 through the 80's and 90's, Jay was the featured pianist at Windows on the World, atop the Twin Towers where he remained through September 10, 2001. From 2002 through 2004, he was pianist-in-residence at New York's famed Plaza Hotel. As Toni Aigner, President of Windows on the World, said of him: "Jay D'Amico has been dazzling our audiences for the past five years and has become a permanent fixture at Windows on the World."

"Simply marvelous piano!" (Joe Franklin)
