BOUNDARIES & SAFETY is a program that shows you how to develop healthy boundaries, so you can relax, and feel safe and centered in any circumstances. The people in your life will naturally and positively respond to your new, appropriate boundaries.

Boundaries are really about how you view yourself. Often, our views of ourselves become damaged through stress, trauma and anxiety. We experience boundary "holes" or “ruptures” that make us more susceptible to other peoples’ thoughts and actions, and less directed by our own internal Self.

This CD teaches you how to use your “felt sense” — the sensations you feel in your body — to locate where your natural boundaries have ruptured, and then repair and restore them to full health and function.

Boundaries and Boundary Healing!
Wow, this is perhaps my favorite CD in the whole series by Julie DiJoseph!

Discovering my boundaries and boundary ruptures in a non-judgmental way has been key to healing and feeling safe within my body.

I continuously use this CD as well as Julie's other CDs to keep myself grounded and be aware of how my boundaries are in the present moment.

I find the boundary work and explanations to be so useful.

Listening allows me to regain my security and sense of safety!
