Album Notes
This is an album is about life and death and all the things in between, from the heart of the lower middle class American Dream.
When I was a boy growing up my hero was Johnny Cash. This was in a time when it wasn't yet hip to like Johnny. His songs touched me deep in side. I knew at an early age that I wanted to grow up and be like him.
Life however had other ideas and I spent my life working odd jobs in factories, casinos and retail establishments. I've got a lifetime of stories to tell now about lost loves and ex-wives, heartaches and heart attacks.
If you ever worked a job you hated, ever lost a love, ever reached for a dream that was too distant, these songs could be about you.
These are my swan songs as I walk into the sunset of my alcohol soaked middle age.
