HOLY COW!!!! What a voice this guy has
I put this CD in the other day and was amazed to hear such a powerful voice emerge from my speakers. I intended to put it on in the background while doing some work, but my attention was so drawn toward Shawn's singing that I gave up and put all my attention toward the CD. Shawn Jesseman rivals the late great Steve Barton (Phantom of the Opera, Tanz Der Vampire) on Confessions of a Vampire. It is the absolute best piece on here. I recommend this to any fan of the theater or classical music in general. A real gem, and a real talent.

Splendid!
I just got out of my fourth divorce. I think I may have found hubby # 5! Shawn Jesseman has one of those classical voices that sends shivers down your spine! "Some Enchanted Evening" is a song that I grew up with and Mr. Jesseman is one of the best I've heard sing that song. His silky baritone is one worthy of the Metripolitan Opera!

WOW!
I had never heard Shawn Jesseman before but I had heard OF him.
I decided to pick up this CD on a whim when I saw that he had performed Music of the Night from Phantom of the Opera and I'm glad I did. I felt that getting into the song, he sang it a bit too rough and agressive, but I quickly got over this when he revealed his tenderness. The song is very well done and his voice is, for lack of a better word, BEEFY!
My other favorite track on the CD is Jim Steinman's "Confessions of a Vampire" which a lot of people aren't familiar with. That is one SEXY Song and his performance of it is absolutely phenominal.
I would recommend this CD to everyone who appreciates good vocal music.

Appetite
Shawn Jesseman is amazing. I saw him in Florida this year playing Billy in "Carousel'...What a voice on this young very professional artist! I just had to get his CD and I am thrilled with 'Appetite'....Only one suggestion, that the names of the musicals ar listed....and, of course, if possible, the composers.
