Album Notes
With a diverse field of influences, Jessica Seven presents any fan of rock music with a taste of something new, while maintaining that classic element that makes rock music the voice of generations. Sometimes evoking dreamy atmospheres, ala the Cure, and at other times riding Nine Inch Nails style industrial grind, their sound is more than just a passing trend.

With feel-good anthems like “2-98” sure to get you throwing a fist in the air, you’re immediately reminded of Crue style arena rock. Meanwhile, songs like “Graves and Goldmines” and “Twisted Lullaby” make us really wonder why we give so much of ourselves to fruitless causes in the name of conformity and keeping up with the Jones’s.

Featuring two of the finest guitarists Hollywood California’s prestigious Musician’s Institute had turned out since Sinister Gates and John Frusciante, Jessica Seven also delivers that guitar driven attitude that has been missing from recent rock efforts. Vocalist Mike Vallejo combines textural and poetic artistry with the soundscapes provided in the music to truly take his listeners into a new state of mind from opening note to close. Drum and bass driven grooves also make Jessica Seven a great listen for fans of more rhythmic genres, such as electronica and funk.

So, if you haven’t had a chance to check out J7 yet, come see what you’re missing! The buzz has already begun across the South and Southwestern parts of the country, and it’s only a matter of time before Jessica Seven will be at an arena near you. Get your hands on it today!
