Hang on
First, I'm a huge fan of 1308 Ditmas; if it was possible to wear grooves in a CD, my copy of that CD would be plumb wore out, so to speak. So when I got this one, I had high expectations. And...it took me a day or two. 1308 Ditmas, this ain't. But on second, third, fourth listen...I started to "get" this album. It's raw, and that's what makes it so amazing; no backing band, just some low-key percussion and Jill's guitar, keys and unearthly voice. My Jill collection is now complete with this album and "Underway", and I am more amazed every day by her talent. Highly recommended.
