Album Notes
Dr. J. Lee Lehman is the author of eight books on astrology and the former Vice President of Academic Affairs at Kepler College. She taught the history of astrology as well as other subjects. Her own astrological career has involved adapting historical methods to current usage.

In this last of the three part history of astrology, Dr. Lehman focuses on the modern period, from the Enlightenment to today, with emphasis on how spiritual, philosophical, and scientific trends drove astrological priorities and methods.

This history is directed toward a listener interested in astrology, preferably with a bit of background in it. However, for those who wish to discover astrology first through its origins, the learning curve should not be steep.
