Album Notes
Since playing lead guitar in bands since the age of 14, Joe’s musical influences have been many. 60’s, 70’s and 80’s rock music, R&B, Jazz, Blues and Gospel have shaped his approached to guitar playing and composing.

After joining a Church in Cleveland Heights., Ohio, the love and passion for playing Praise and Worship music every Sunday morning, cultivated a strong desire to write and produce a Praise and Worship album.

The inner call of the heart eventually prevailed and the birth of the latest and first worship CD was produced in 2008.

After many years of performing with a variety of nationally know artists, in varied genres of music, a heightened passion was realized and a new spiritual motivation has been the driving force in reinventing Joe’s music aspirations and focus.

For Joe, no other music has been as emotionally rewarding and fulfilling.

A Great Way to Start and End the Day
The Power of Touch has at the beginning of many many days, facilated early morning worship and devotion and is just as good for ending the day. Mr. Byrd's musical expression provides stimulus to the opening of heart and mind for prayer, meditation, and worship.

This work is heartfelt at both ends of the communication channel (musician and listener)
