Rosemarie Hurst

A very well-crafted, melodic and soulful CD.
I’ve written reviews for some of John’s CD’s in the past but this is the hardest as he’s physically no longer with us.

This CD I felt was going to give him the exposure and radio play that I felt he so deserved as the songs are strong and well-written. His guitar work is stellar. ‘Harlequin’ is my favorite and now ‘Nereid’ seems appropriate and quite prophetic since the scattering of his ashes in the river up in Brackendale, B.C.

John was an original and a gifted artist. He and his music are missed by many. You will always be with us spiritually John, with your lovely songs. Forever in our hearts.
