Get this Rhythm
John's voice has me in my tailbone. I sit deep in my seat to hear where it comes from. Lazy, grounded as the heat of summer. Fleshy, powerful as an elephant's trunk; rolling, leisurely lifted then swaying, dropped down, hugged back to the deep earth. His voice is return, low in the belly. Sounds ...center. His rythm is old and wide as the planet. Good medicine for us alive now; listen, take it in, sink down into a more fertile, rendolent, full belly breath being now.

All Songs!
I have listened to this CD over and over and over and I cannot get enough of it!!! I own a wellness center where we do massage, body work, energy work, and chiropractic and I know what feels good and this feels GOOD! I feel transported to another place - it is like being a child when your parent tells you a good story and the house feels warm and comforting, yet there is this grown up and deep majesty that sinks deep into your every fiber that just makes your body breathe it in and absorb it through every pore in your skin... and it just feels good! Enjoy! (I'm still playing it...over, and over, and over...)

This is what I've been after for ages. That deep earth sound that gets in your body tissues and stays and justs hums without effort within/without. I am an osteopath/yoga teacher/meditator and its woken up bits of me & them in a wonderful way. The words are also grerat, obvious yet out of all our grasp at that daily grind level. Good, good stuff John.

These Rhythms Should be Yours
This rhythm may be neither his nor mine, but this CD is mine. And I've purchased several other copies for gifts. These rhythms and sounds are wonderful, and they and the flow of words carry will carry you to places everyone needs to go. Listen to the poetry, rhythm and voice, take it all in, then listen to the instrumental and go even further. Into the blend of old sounds and new awareness. Then just sit quietly listen with your inner ears, and Be. Thank you, John de Kadt, for allowing yourself to be played as you are by the Player's Hands.
