ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Jon Yamasato started his career a decade ago in the music group Pure Heart with Jake Shimabukuro and Lopaka Colon. The group disbanded in 2000 and while Jon continued to perform locally, moved partially into the background of the Hawaiian music scene producing various local acts. Between 2000 and 2006, Jon released an album with a good friend (Justin Young) and also two CDs as the bass player for Na `Oiwi.

This anthology album showcases the best of the best from this 5 time Na Hoku Hanohano award winner.
