I am a student at Brigham Young University, studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic. I am also a cadet in the Air Force ROTC program and will be a 2nd Lieutenant upon graduation in April 2012. I have been married for just over two years to Anali, the love of my life. I love sports, and also love music and hope to share my music with everyone that cares to listen. I have had about 10 years of formal instruction in piano, and from there have branched off and tried to come up with my own sound. I enjoy covering songs, and am now currently writing my own!
For anyone interested in easy home recording, I use a Roland Fantom G8 keyboard/workstation. It is an outstanding keyboard and can do practically anything. I currently use an Ibanez Electric Guitar and a Fender Stratacoustic, an Ibanez Bass Guitar, and use either my keyboard or a Roland Virtual Drum set for rhythm. I use GarageBand for audio editing and Sibelius 6 for sheet music creation. I also have a Shure SM58 Microphone for vocals and an additional Shure Microphone for instrumental/acoustic recording. If anyone is interested in recording their own music at home, I have a lot of experience with trial and error so send me a message and I'll do what I can to help out!
My new album "Odihna" (from the Romanian word for peace/rest) is a goal I've had for a long time. It is all instrumental music and is great for Sunday/Christian relaxation and especially appropriate during the Christmas season. Please visit my website at www.jordanhaddock.com to purchase a hard copy of my CD as a Christmas gift for your friends and family; you will not find a more unique gift geared towards Christ for a better price! Thank you for looking and for your support!
