Indian and Austrian rhythms melt into another to create a new intercultural sound.

Ranajit Sengupta is one of the best Sarode Player & Music Composer from Kolkata/India, having performed in major Music Festivals & venues in more than 25 countries worldwide. He is the youngest Indian to give lectures in Universities worldwide & got more than 20 CD & DVD releases. He composed the Music for Dutch Feature Film "Dark Amsterdam" & the Title Music for the International Music Festival, Kolkata in 1994. Ranajit is considered as one of the best Indian Classical Musician who has composed & performed with World, Jazz, Classical, Pop & Fusion Music.

Together with the Austrian jazz group k3 and various tabla players he is working since 2001.
The band was playing at many r festivals worldwide - touring in November/December 2010 trough India was documtented by austrian film maker sina moser.
