Album Notes
Finally, after years of journeying in music and worship, this first album emerges. Divine appointments, and provision were keys, and all who contributed to this project are gifted and perceptive musicians AND very cool people! I was stunned by it all, frankly, even knowing that Yahweh supplies generously all good things. Yeshua, Messiah, gives the focus, meaning and purpose, and Holy Spirit's breath pervaded, even through the labor (and also some little birdies!). Glory be. It got done. I need to thank my special intercessor, Dennie, for all her heart-felt prayer covering. She was also the link to the logistics! It is our purpose to bring encouragement to those pilgrims desiring deeper Divine connection and growth to all - including us! And we did. Man! Worth it though. The fretless bass by Keith on Blue Fire alone was enough to make me think I was ALREADY IN HEAVEN! The creative grit/ expertise added by Bruce is a wonder as well and I learned so much! Humbling!

Thanks also to my amazing son Gabe, who kept his promise to do drums with me. The song G-A-B-E is from his name and the chord progression is: G-A-Bm-Em, of course! Josh, thanks for being there with the instant, perfect percussion! And son Ben who got the idea and execution for the marvelous cover art; Leah, I never knew I'd use that pastel you created!

I Intend to be transparent here, and am not trying to "prove" anything to anybody. I just have all these songs... " Forty years of songwriting distills to precious few, born of intense experience in worship, prayer, hard and jubilant times, these are songs "both new and old, which I have stored up for You, my Beloved" (Song of Solomon 7:13)"
The song Blue Fire started as a real experience in the high desert. (He later gave it to me as a music name).
Water to Wine came as a heart cry in deep fatigue.
Looking for a Country, started life as a prophetic song and finds its basis in the New Covenant book of Hebrews.
Eyes On You focuses on the One Thing we can do in trouble OR rapture!
Foolish Virgin "downloaded" in about 30 minutes upon awakening one morning.
At All TImes is worship + for anyone experiencing abandonment issues, and is based on His Promise to remain with us.
Lifeguard Lullaby He first sang to me, then I back to Him. In the harmonies, listen for the "little birdies" of Song of Sol. 2:12.
The rest just rather fell together or speak for themselves and what is on my heart. Thanks for listening - enjoy!
