Album Notes
Ron Kearns is best known as a producer for such artists as Terell Stafford, Buck Hill, Eric Byrd and Ronnie Wells. He produced the first two CDs featuring Terell Stafford as a leader which helped propel Terell to the top of the jazz trumpet scene.

This album is Ron's second featuring his working quintet. He has performed with Stanley Turrentine, Buck Hill, Ernie Andrews, Kenny Reed, Eric Byrd and many other notable musicians.

His first CD along with this one received critical acclaim from CADENCE Magazine and THE WASHINGTON POST. This CD was number one in several US markets in the summer of 2001 and is still in rotation on several stations.

Ron Kearns is an educator,producer, performer and clinician and travels throughout the United States and Canada performing and conducting jazz workshops.
