Donnie Kehr grew up in the heart of New York City. The son of musician, Harry Kehr & Ballerina, Dolores Kehr.
Donnie found his voice as a singer-songwriter-actor and classically trained performer at a very young age.
He made his Broadway debut in a play with F. Murry Abraham entitled "LEGEND" when he was 12 year's old.
Most recently he, starred in Elton John& Tim Rice's "AIDA"
with Toni Braxton, as the evil "Zoser".

"THE HUMAN COMEDY" produced by Joseph Papp. He also created the role of Robert Bascom in "THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD" for the New York Shakespeare Festival.
Donnie co- founded the band "URGENT" on EMI - MANHATTAN Records with his brother's Michael & Steven in the late eighties. As co - songwriter & lead singer of the band they reached the Billboard's top 100 pop charts.
Donnie has just released his first solo album - CD "SHIFT" with 10 new original songs that will feed your heart & rock your soul. His voice has strength and vulnerability, his melody's are memorable, and his lyric's are undeniable.
