ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is the first release from the Kevin Lucas Orchestra performed in the dance/pop style. KLO really gambled with this track because they deviated from their tradition adult contemporary/world style and crossed over into the Hip Hop genre. The gamble has really payed off for the group because the amazing reaction they have received from both their loyal fan base and mainstream music listeners has surpassed even their wildest expectations. Traditional KLO fans are not surprised by the group's bold move because they have a history of shocking their audience by entering a genre that you least expect. Loyal fans have learned to expect the unexpected from KLO and the group always tends to be extremely innovative. The common themes that are always present in Kevin Lucas Orchestra recordings and performances regardless of the music style are musical excellence and innovation. KLO has done it all from Beethoven to jazz and now dance/pop. The group became tired of hearing all the mediocre to plainly 'bad' pop and dance songs on the radio so they decided to do it the way they think it should be done. The result is "Here I Am". And here it is!
