Album Notes
For Fans of Killswitch Engage, Bullet For My Valentine, Chimaira, Deftones.

Laconic is a 5 piece metalcore outfit from Phoenix, AZ, that are slowly coming up in the world of metal. They formed in 2003 and since then have released their debut album “Visions”, which to date has sold upwards of 2,000 copies, and toured the country on their own without any label or management support. They traveled to Cleveland, Ohio last winter to record their highly anticipated 2nd album, "For The Life Of One", with Ben Schigel (Chimaira, Drowning Pool, Walls of Jericho, Breaking Benjamin) Get it where all digital downloads are sold on August 12th, 2011!

"In the end, 'Visions' is an album that not only packs a wallop, but also takes the listener on an ever-so-needed flight– something most bands try to achieve, but fail miserably at. The only sad thing about Laconic is that these guys aren’t already signed. Do yourself a favor…close your eyes and hold on tight. This album is a dream that you don’t want to wake up from."
-Lee Rochester, The New Review

"Dramatic" -

"A quartet of sneering sonic brutes whose taste for tremolo guitar riffs and sepia-toned vanity photos has no apparent bounds" - Phoenix New Times
