ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This volume of piano accompaniments contains all-important warm-ups for use by the vocalist. Vocalize to these commonly used warm-ups anywhere, any time, then rehearse your music without worry about vocal strain. As always, the first of the two vocal tracks listed is melody line with bass accompaniment; the second full piano accompaniment. Nina is an Italian song about a little girl who is ill and whose parent wishes her to recover, written in the mid-eighteenth century. Do Not Go, My Love is another song about an ill child, where the parent is so afraid of falling asleep and losing the child. The melody and accompaniment of this piece match the haunting, pleading lyrics so wonderfully. Unusual Way is from the Broadway production "Nine," and is a perenial favorite in vocal studios. Taylor, the Latte Boy is whimsically sweet in its telling of finding love at Starbucks; it is an excellent selection for vocalists searching for a contemporary pop song. Enjoy singing!
