ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
LeCoq is an indie rock band from Mexico City that, with less than two years in the scene, have already captured the attention of the underground crowds as well as radio stations and even independent TV shows in their hometown, even when they sing in English, something that for years had been a "taboo" for the Mexican rock lovers.

With their catchy hooks and peculiar humor, they manage to bring in listeners that are helping the band become one of the must-check acts of the new breed of mexican rock bands.

With their self-made debut album, LeCoq is proving that bands don't necessarily need a lot of money or a label to make a good record.

Their style is nothing new but that doesn't mean these 4 Mexicans aren't offering something to a scene that was missing: good ol' rock & roll.

Self-defined as "Your sister's fav band", LeCoq are determined to get you to rock out with your coq out!!

oh, yeah!!
I love it! Good ol' rock & roll is new again and if it isn't "my sister's fav band" it ought to be. My personal favorite is YOU, but it's all good . . .

Great album, great band!
Great album, i love all the songs in it. My personal favourite is SIMPLE LIFE and GODSPEED, they touched me to the core. Don't hesitate to buy it, it's really a good and very professional work. Let's hope to hear more of this guys and more indie music.

Indie rules!!!
