Album Notes

This debut release is causing quite the stir on an international level. "570-BLUES" has been snapped up by disc jockeys in over 15 different countries and over HALF of the U.S. and counting... Worldwide airplay like this for an indie release is quite rare indeed, but once you hear the first track I think you'll understand why. "570-BLUES" has been referred to as a "fresh" new sound in the Blues. Jim, a DJ from WCTG in Virginia, says... "Lee's guitar playing is like getting banged on the head & still wanting more. His vocals are fresh, clean, blues, and soul." Uncle Pete Hoff from 91.9 WNTI in New Jersey says..." I receive hundreds of Cd's every month and 570-BLUES is by far one of the best cd's to come out in quite some time." International DJ Mark Kerr said... " 570-BLUES SMOKES, people!" Recording artist and writer for Big City Blues Magazine, Dave Fields, says... " Lee Delray is one of the brighter shining stars on the up and coming Blues Scene. "570-BLUES" has something for EVERYONE. Lee takes you from track 1, "Walking In The Rain", a Luther Allison style high octane funky Blues, to an Albert King infused rumba groove in "Need To Talk." It gets down and dirty Texas style with "It's A Little Too Late", then pulls you in close with a Soul Blues which opens with a beautiful piano/vocal intro on "House of Love." Then it's off to "Nashville" with "Don't Tell ME I Can't Get The Blues." Not to mention a HARD rocker ala' Popa Chubby with "I Got It".

"570-Blues" is bound to be on your "fav" playlist for a long time...
