ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Traditional Bluegrass Gospel Music from the early days of Bluegrass performed by one of the Northwest's most experienced and polished bands. This is bluegrass gospel from a past era, when harmonies and solid instrumentals were the mainstays. Said Al Shusterman of KCBL Radio's (Sacramento, Calif.) Backroads Bluegrass show, "The last time I heard some of these songs, they were on 33 1/3 records. If after hearing these great projects, you don't tell someone about them, you have done a disservice to the Bluegrass/Gospel community. While playing them, the hairs on the back of my neck were standing up and the chills were running down my spine. Both of these CD's were much too short and I had to listen to them several times to get the full impact of each project. If you love the traditional sound, look no further. Both of these CD's will be my consatnt companion for the next several weeks and BOTH ARE GREAT".
