ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Veteran Baton Rouge, La. rapper Lil' Witness returns once again with plenty of lyrical aggression on his latest release "W.I.T.", a full length album full of fast rhymes in double and triple time. Always noted for his "real life" lyrics that relate to almost every walk of life, Wit does not disappoint this time around with standout tracks like "If I Die", "So Gone", and "All the time". While bringing a positive and spiritual element to his music Witness also delivers an attitude of war toward the "othersiders" throughout the course of the album and consistently battles his own demons at the the same time (check out "Loony Goon").
With surprising features his audience is sure to appreciate (i.e. Baton Rouge Legend Young Bleed, Asylum artist Lil' Cali, C-Mob, and Smoke), Wit Dawg also delivers with his homeboys (One-i and Dirty Bird), and as expected they combine to create flawless music. The production, provided entirely by Justin "Prince Blakk" Blanton and Scott "Grouch" Hughey, flawlessly matches the extreme emotions in Lil' Witness' voice giving his listeners an album well worth the wait.
