ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I love to run, bike, rollerblade and dance. I love being outside and I love warm weather. And I love writing and singing music that is uplifting.

I started writing music when I was in 6th grade. They were simple songs but often had deep meaning to me. I had recently “found God” at that time of my life and it changed me then and forever more. To a girl whose parents had divorced when I was very young, I realized life had meaning and purpose. I love my family. They are the anchors in my life.

So why Fairytales? I guess every girl dreams of her own fairytale in some fashion or another. In high school and college I went for the tall, dark and handsome but for some reason it just never worked out for me. I have since learned that the heart is what really matters. Mine has been broken many times which I am truly grateful for because without it, there may not have been any music to write!

Even though my prince charming has not come, life goes on and there is much good to celebrate and enjoy life. We don’t need to wait for a prince in order to be happy. That is the fairytale. Life goes on and can be productive and happy.

This album is a collection of songs that reflects my feelings on life, love and God. I hope you enjoy it! Happy listening!

A must buy!
Lisa’s album is inspiring, uplifting, and fun! Not many artists write ALL of their own songs. Each song has a story, a great message, and variety. I especially love the song about PRAYER! It is beautifully written. You can pop her cd in on a hard day and it’s sure to make you feel better.
