Album Notes
This self titled EP from Living Room Lava is their first CD to be released. Using only 4 microphones and various band members basements (including a closet), Living Room Lava recorded these 7 songs during their time away from their day jobs. Mixed and mastered by their own bassist, these 7 songs have gone through months of scrutiny from all the band members (and many others) until they got them to sound as professional as they could.

The songs included in this album were picked by the band to show their range of musical tastes. "The Real You" shows their ability to write a catchy chorus with hypnotic guitar riffs. They incorporated bossa nova rhythms into their song "Going Nowhere". "I Wish I Could Dance" toes the line between rock and dance. "Wynn" has reggae undertones. "Jam X" shows you their darker side with a maze of distortion guitars. They pull a 180 on you with "Shotgun Wedding March" to show their softer side. Then they end it all with their rock epic "Sitting Bull".

Having put in the amount of time into this EP that Living Room Lava has, they have created a CD that has something for everyone. They've done it on their own time, their own dime, and they are proud to have it released to the public for everyone to hear.
