ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Album was recorded in Kamakura & Tokyo Japan by Lo-Fi. Although the mastering was done at Saidera Studios in Tokyo, this album was fully produced by the members of Lo-Fi. Leader and bass-vocalist 5 (pronounced "Go"), Yosh on drums, and keyboardist Nori.

After the release of their first album "Low-Fidelity" in 2007 which was ranked 2nd in the Japan iTunes Jazz Album rankings in 2009, and constant nationwide performances, Lo-Fi finally started recording "Stereo Soul" in 2009.

There are tracks on this album that were born out of live jams at the live performances, and also some material that was written even before the release of their first album "Stereo Soul".

With the release of their new album they are scheduled to perform internationally as well.

Mixture of different sounds + Meaningful lyrics = Refreshing music
I found about Lo-Fi through Twitter and since watching and listening to the band's music on YouTube, I've really enjoyed their music. I'm looking forward to what they've got planned for the future and really hope I can attend one of their shows the next time I visit Japan.
