ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“Amazônia” was composed by Luiz Esteves, inspired by the Amazon rainforest, especially its strange and amazing noises from the insects, birds and animals, the wind and the rivers, besides the burning and deforestation of such a sacred place. The instrumental part of Amazônia was entirely created and performed by Esteves on a vintage keyboard with some modern plugins in the mix. After that, Aum Soham recorded 4 improvisational voice tracks, exactly as you can hear (once there was no edit), building up an impressive soundscape, completely integrated with the instrumental.

This is not the first time these artists work together, but this is the first time their musical trip is released to the public. With no rules, just the freedom of creation in mind, they were partners in the production of these singles "Amazônia" and "Theyarehere": two original experiences in two completely distinct musical universes.
