Sleeping at last!
I've been using Lynn's "Sweet Dreams" CD for about 10 days. I have yet to actually hear the end of it! You should know that my insomnia has been a chronic problem for years, and that I've tried many, many CDs and cassettes over the years. Lynn's is the only one that has worked for me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I had believed that peaceful sleep was beyond my grasp, but I was wrong. Whether your insomnia is chronic, like mine, or only occasional, do give this CD a try. Sweet dreams!

Ahhh Sweet Dreams Indeed
I suffered from chronic insomnia for four years before I met Lynn. I have been using her CD Sweet Dreams, Good Night every night for over six weeks now. I cannot believe the difference! I fall asleep very quickly. So quickly in fact, I don't even get through the entire CD! I also stay asleep all night now. My overactive brain is no longer able to be overactive. Because I suffer from Adrenal problems, sleep has been very important for my healing. Thanks to Lynn for this wonderful CD. It has honestly made the world of difference for me.

Sweet Dreams Works.
I would like to thank Lynn Lambert for her hypnosis Cd Sleep well Good Night. I have been on sleeping pills for several years and my doctor wanted me off, but I could not sleep without them. I finally sent for the cd and with in days I was able to sleep without anything.I have since ordered two more cd's for my other sleepless girl friends and we are all sleeping well and finally I might add, I am no longer filling perscriptions for sleeping aids and feeling so much better.
