ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I started playing guitar when I was seven and decided I would start singing at around 11. This lead to song writing and playing at school concerts. My first foray into the public realm was when I uploaded a song I wrote poking some fun at facebook onto Youtube. The facebook song had over 700,000 hits and scored me some time on the Today Show in Australia.

From here I started my own music page on facebook..Madelaine Zammit Music where I keep fans posted on what is happening with my music. I posted some more music onto Youtube including originals and covers and I recently uploaded a demo of my EP 'Why do we care'. The EP includes all original music including collaborations with Aaron Lavell and rapper Mick from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.

I incorporate a mixture of singing/rapping into my songs. I would say the style of my music is alternative/indie/rap.
