Album Notes
Welcome to the sound of MarBella.
Latin American rhythms fused with pop and rock stylistically coupled with the pulse of Samba, Bossa Nova, Cuban Son, Salsa and Flamenco.
The band started as a trio with lead singer Caroline Pierotto, a Brazilian native,
Mexican-American guitarist Antonio Cruz and American percussionist Simon Carroll.
The Los Angeles based band, now composed of Caro Pierotto on vocals, João Pedro Mourão on acoustic guitar, Simon Carroll on drums and percussion, Jose Pablo on bass and Jeff Goodkind on piano, indulges this hybrid of Latin
culture with rhythms and melodies as unique as its members.
Together these three styles blend into a musical narrative of mainstream and Latin American folk heritage.
With fluid urban beats, we encourage you to take part in the soulful, jazzy journey into the musical realm of Marbella.
