Album Notes
This 1990 debut release marked the beginning of Marguerite Conti's journey into recording, producing and independent music publishing. This acclaimed work presents a timeless variety of style and emotion that journeys through themes of love, relationship, and the pursuit of finding one's own passions. The recording was co-produced with drummer Sid Thompson and includes cuts with grammy-winner, Todd Phillips, Don Frank (Doobie Brothers), Robert Berry (Hush, 3, Ambrosia, Alliance & Los Tres Gusanos), Carl Rey, Barry Phillips (Gourd Music), Sonia Shell, and other San Francisco Bay-area musicians. It was recorded at Soundtek Studio in Campbell, CA and is dedicated to the late author, Joseph Campbell, who wrote the famous series "The Power of Myth."
