Sleep!Sleep!Sleep! Thanks you for making this CD! It works great for me!
The CD's t was put to use the first night.
Suffering with sleepless nights is a problem common in our family - father (deceased, 2009) and three sisters join me in this malady. After just three nights of using your CD, I have progressed beyond those long, interrupted nights and now sleep 6.5-7 hours nightly. Most nights the process begins with reading, falling asleep in my chair and sleeping for an hour, or so. At that point a retire to bed and almost immediately resume sleep. It is great to awaken refreshed in the morning. Thank you. Boyce
