Este trabajo que Kiko Aguado y María Romero presentan no es un disco. Es otra cosa. Es una forma distinta de percibir la música, de entenderla, de saborearla. Es algo distinto porque el oyente escucha cosas de verdad. Cosas sinceras.

La música nunca hay que beberla de un trago. Hay que escucharla a sorbos.... Nadie bebe una botella de Jack Daniel's como un vaso de agua. Hay que saborear el bourbon, paladear el buen vino, olerlo antes que beberlo. Catar la esencia.

Este disco hay que catarlo antes que oírlo. Debemos oler el papel de las hojas de crédito. Ver los músicos invitados, saber lo que hay detrás, percibir el humo de un cigarrillo, conocer el aroma de una guitarra...

Esta producción de Kiko y de María, no es un disco al uso. Hay que afrontarlo como se afronta una ola de mar o el aroma de una rosa. Escucharlo de principio a fin. Porque es así, de principio a fin, como se saborea el arte de un cuadro, de la magia o, simplemente, de la música.
