Album Notes
"A passle of original kid-friendly songs sung by Marla Lewis in a potpourri of musical styles on wide-ranging subjects-from a Dixieland celebration down South and a Chinese New Year parade to a homesick space traveler, a teacher's cautionary tale about the dangers of running in the hall and a lesson in compassion ("Homeless Man"). The pop/bossa nova-style "Round and Round" is especially nice."

Delightful Cd for my students and my children!
I want to have We All Laugh In the Same Language in my bones and part of every class I do...23 each week. I will also teach it to my children's choir. Thanks, Marla, for a beautifully produced, eclectic group of memorable tunes!

Sue Glasburgh, Long Island

Everyone should listen to Marla!
I am dancing around the house to We All Laugh in the Same Language. The lyrics are great and Marla's voice is fantastic -- from Best Friends to Wonderin' Why to Jackson Avenue and Home Again. I know I have listened to this CD before, but today I am hearing it in a different way. Marla Lewis deserves to be heard in every home and school by every child.

Stan Jay, President, Mandolin Brothers

A National Treasure!
"Marla Lewis, singer-songwriter for the young and young-minded, is a national treasure. She has the uncanny ability to hear, capture and reproduce in rhyme, meter and melody the dreams, drama, goals, glories, fears and fantasies of an entire generation of children, 6 to 16, but she does so in a manner so musical and memorable that these songs will inspire and inveigle the other age groups (17 to 77). Owning a copy of this album may be the best, long-lasting treat you can give your kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews, or even yourself."

Anna Moo, Singer/Songwriter for kids

A joy
The songs on "We All Laugh" are all fun and full of charm and the whole package is quite a joy to listen to. It’s sure to be a pleasure for most kids between the ages of 5 and 10 and it’s one of those rare CDs that will bear repeated plays and grow with your kids!
